Real time Image Segmentation and Object
Recognition for image exploitation and identification The inspection of the underside of vehicles for explosives and other dangerous elements presents a serious challenge. This research exploits the technology in developing a knowledge based software that segments the real time data collected from under vehicle inspection. Design and Development of Robotic imaging system The hardware part of this imaging system is developed in three prototypes. The first prototype is an advanced "mirror-on-a-stick". The second prototype consists of three versions. The third prototype is the rebound robot, which is an advanced version of the radio controlled system that will be controlled from a portable computer. Schedule
